Great eyeliner. Have been using for months. definitely recommended

The tip is not felt and does not glide on well. When in taking my makeup of at night with a remover it smears and clumps like grease.

I threw this away after trying it twice. I haven’t been this frustrated by a product in a while. The liner migrated above and below and next to my eyelids and then it was very difficult to remove. I wish it worked for me, but it’s a zero out of 5.

I love this liner. It’s definitely water proof and the applicator gives you a nice sharp line. I bought brown, navy and green and love them!♥️

The bottle says it is waterproof, but it doesn't seem to be sweat proof. I gave a presentation today and walked away with this eye liner smudged all up along the top of my eye crease. Apparently the nervous sweats got it all over my eye lid even though I only put a thin line along my lashes.

This eyeliner is great! I am able to draw a very thin line or thick based on my mood and it does not go anywhere! I have it a four star review because you cannot get it off when you need too. I have used an oil based makeup remover, soap, micellar water, etc. it takes me About two days to fully remove the product and my eyelids end up being very red and irritated. I would love a suggestion on what product to use to remove the eyeliner when needed.

Got this as a semi hand-me-down as it's not the usual kind of eyeliner I'd buy but WOW am I glad I got It. This stays on all day and does not budge- even as someone whose eyes naturally water all the mf time. The applicator takes a little practice to get to grips with, but is great once you're used to it and took me less than a week (used eyeliner a lot but with different applicators). When i got this for the first time, the product was a few months old and had hardly been used but after that it went on to last me another 9 months of almost daily use where after a while the brush did get a little claggy, but could easily be cleared with a wipe. But yeah, pair this with some kohl or kajal on your water/lash lines, mascara and some glittery eyeshadow if you want and you will SLAY!! I've got this in black (second purchase) and brown and atp owe my firstborn to this eyeliner

I was hopeful this would work for me but after two uses I absolutely hate it… both times it went on fine though it feels sort of sticky. After a couple hours it started to smudge, and I could tell because it felt sticky on my eyelids. Despite it being able to smudge, once it was smudged I couldn’t wipe the smudge off - so it was really smudge proof at the worst time! I ended up having to make 4-5 passes with makeup remover and washing my face twice to get it all off. So if it doesn’t smudge for you it definitely stays on.

Great eyeliner. Have been using Stila for years. However this is my new favorite. Easy to use, and stays all day

I bought the navy and army green- so pigmented and smooth. Love them!

I normally wear high end makeup, but don't see the need anymore to spend that much money. Makeup has come a long way since I was a teen, and my daughter got a ton of ELF products from a friend for Christmas. She was impresses with them, so I bought some myself and have to say I am VERY impressed with this eyeliner for the price. I am not sure if it is truly waterproof, but it's easy to apply, has good pigmentation, and stays on all day and evening without budging. VERY happy I tried this and no longer have to spend a fortune.

Stila was my go to, but this is extremely comparable/ a great dupe and fits the budget much better!

I wanted to love it, but it gave me an allergic reaction and headache. :( The product itself is good quality, but the negative reaction isn’t worth it.

okay so when i bought this i had no real expectations- but when i got it and opened it i immediately tried it on and the “applicator” i think isn’t like a flimsy brush its structured for a better application !!! i love it

I got in the colour ‘Navy baby’ as I have brown eyes, and it really does make them pop. Absolutely beautiful shade, not too bright! Would definitely purchase again, it also stayed in place all day.

I got this in the light purple color, and it’s great pigment in just one swipe! Lasts extraordinarily well, and is definitely water resistant! The applicator also makes it super easy to apply

Purchased today because I’ve read great reviews, safe to say this product did not disappoint! Glides really well, full of pigment and all in all really easy and nice to use. Definitely recommend

Tried this after a while of using another liner. I like elf's products a lot, i really wanted to like this. I love the brush and how precise it is. I use liner for graphic liner/goth looks, so i go through a lot of it, but I had to stop using this before i was done with the bottle. As you dip the liner in, some gets around the sides of the opening of the bottle, and dries very clump-ily? to the point where it starts to clump up on the actual brush... you'd think it was mascara. I tried to clean it off often, but that didnt help much as it begins to clump *inside* the bottle. At one point it clogged up so much i couldnt screw the cap on properly. I think this formula is just... thick? for lack of a better way to describe it. Three stars because it was super precise and seems to have a good amount of product for a goth who uses *a lot* of liner, buttt i hated the clumping. I will say, it also did NOT budge. Kind of a pain to take off because its waterproof (even makeup balm, it took three separate washes sometimes to get it all off), but i have teary eyes and my eyeliner tends to move when i work/exercise, it didnt budge. through intense workouts, work days, accidental eye rubbings, and crying a bunch at a sad movie, no smears. Just kind of a give and take i guess, proceed with caution.

I really, really wanted to like this stuff because I love ELF and the price is right. But...no. Applicator brush is too stiff. Formula goes on nicely but feels wet and sticky after drying, and caused an irritation like slight swelling of eyelids. Breaks up and flakes off upon getting wet, yet is difficult to remove with any type of cleanser or remover. I'd rather reapply the non-waterproof formula several times daily than rely on this one.
