The metal parts (legs and back of chair) came in rusted and smell awful. The rattan part is nice and the cushions are cute, but I can’t have someone come over and not let them sit if they haven’t had a tetanus shot

These did not work for me. The square part around the bottom was off by over an inch meaning I couldn’t screw it to the legs. Also, color is labeled white but it definitely was more of a cream color. The seat looked yellowish next to the white countertops. I do think they are nice looking but I was not able to put together. Other people seemed to have luck so maybe I just received a defective one. Will need to return.

Dear customer, thank you for reaching out and we are so sorry for this issue. The square part around the bottom should not be assembled with the screws tightened, you can tighten all screws of square part with 80% of required torque, and place Chair on a totally flat surface and Re-tighten bolts again with 100% of required torque until all screws do not turn anymore.-The Pop Home

I love the look & feel of my new chairs! They are sturdy & enhance the look of my kitchen. The cushions have a nice comfy feel & are easy to clean. I have received so many compliments on them. Also, the chairs were packed very good & easy to assemble. Definitely a great purchase!!!
