    Do not buy if you are sensitive to smell. The smell will give you a headache. Only seating padding has that terrible smell, I’m guessing it’s insecticide. It’s been 2 months and the smell don’t go away. I give it three starts because the chairs are beautiful and sturdy.

    Spent much time on these stools speaking to Target and Target spoke to manufacturer. The paint on stools is defect so it appears cracked and chipped. The stools are beautiful but the paint ruins there appearance.

    Love these stools and the ease of assembly is unbelievable. Packaging was great to as it was wrapped so no damage however I have no idea what they sprayed the material with but it is so pungent that it gave us all a headache so we put the stools outside for a few days and it got a little better but not enough to deal with it. Contacted company directly and they were unwilling to help as they referred me back to target and they did adviced me to bring the stools back to any store for a full refund.

    The chemical smell was so incredibly strong, we had to return. As soon as I opened the box I was almost knocked over by the smell. I put one together, and I could actually smell it from the kitchen while I was upstairs. It gave me headaches. That can't possibly be good for anyone to breath in. I was really disappointed we had to return because they were beautiful and sturdy.

    Having to take these back to the store. They’ve been on our front porch for a week OFFGASSING as they smell extremely strongly of chemicals. We cannot take the smell in the house and couldn’t even get them out of their boxes without the smell overtaking our second floor. It’s awful and they are so cute.
