This foundation has an odd feeling on the skin. I liked that it was less dewy than the Revlon Illuminance Skin-Caring Liquid Foundation that is no longer available. However, it contains a sunscreeen ingredient that is known for bleaching/staining clothing, and is a hormone disruptor. This foundation felt like it was glued to my face. The color selection is very limited as well. I need the Revlon Illuminance Skin-Caring Liquid Foundation in color 217, Beige, without as much dewiness it has/had. All the colors of this version of the foundation are either too yellow or orange.

Bought this as a lightweight makeup that I could wear on minimal makeup days. I always find it difficult to pick a color because there is no way to test them so I grabbed color 213. It’s not quite the right tone for me but that’s not my complaint. I find this product very drying and it sits in my pores. I’m not put off by the smell of the product and the packaging helps to see how much product you have left. It’s a very runny consistency and I’ve tried it with my regular skincare, no skincare and with sunscreen only. Unfortunately this is not for me. I have 58 year old skin, few wrinkles and would love a serum tint that provides a wash of color just enough to brighten.

I’m admittedly not a Revlon customer. I bought this serum tint on a whim, because my usual product was not sold where I happened to be shopping and I was late for an appointment. I’m so impressed with how well the tint matches my skin tone, glides on effortlessly, and is so well balanced for my combination skin. Absolutely love it!

Revlon replaced the Illuminance liquid foundation that was in the glass bottle with this one. This one contains ingredients I'm allergic to - alumina (esp anything with aluminum) and a chemical sunscreen. The old version didn't contain these products AND WORKED GREAT. No idea why they had to change a good thing. Really disappointed.

Not very hydrating. My skin feels drier with it. It can highlight texture if you haven’t prepped well. It may work better for summer than late winter. It blends easily.

Not a big fan. The tube is very small for the cost. It was greasy feeling on my face and made my face breakout.

What a great product! It is lightweight, while providing decent coverage. It doesnt crease on my 45 yr old skin and is hydrating. I have light olive skin that leans cool and shade 117 is a close match during the winter. I reach for this serum foundation the most.

I have a pale olive complexion and it’s almost impossible to find high end let alone drugstore foundations that work for me. Shade 117 matches me near perfectly. Feels great on the skin, covers nicely but looks natural. I really love it.

I think I like it! I most recently used Bare Minerals Complexion Rescue which could look streaky at times, maybe because it’s so thin. After switching to the Revlon, Revlon feels a little heavier, more opaque, and thicker. There’s a slight smell, like sunscreen, but no fragrance (which I appreciate). It feels pretty moisturizing which is nice during the winter. I think I’ll keep using it for now, as I’ve become pretty jaded with name brand, expensive make up. Will still keep my eyes open for a slightly lighter alternative, because I prefer a super natural feel and look. Does that mean I’ll have to compromise on streaking? Who knows! Forever looking for my unicorn.
