This desk unfortunately I don’t recommend to anyone. The “nut” with the metal plastic is awful. My carpenter couldn’t even figure out how to tighten it. I took it apart 2x. ( I think it’s important to add that I use to love to put together furniture (ikea). I can’t get over how wobbly it is. As soon as I get some extra money I will invest in another desk.

This desk is awful. The pieces barely hold together and it's not sturdy at all. After spending over a hour putting it together, because it fell apart multiple times during the process, I had to use wood glue (which does not come with it) and extra screws to hold it together. Decided to keep it and not go through the hassle of returning it after all I went through trying to put it together. Thankfully it's not a high use item in our house as I'm sure it will fall apart soon.

Although it is particle board I’ll give 5 stars for the price and design which creates extra room in a small space. I’m enjoying it thus far. I do agree the assembly was somewhat of a pain, read instructions carefully and go slowly. I had to take it apart and start over on many steps because of one small step the instructions omit. Overall a good product for a good price.

I really like the design of the desk. Building it did take about three hours and did require extra help. The most annoying part of building the desk was trying to get all the pieces together tightly. Every time after snapping pieces together there would be gaps. Even after building it there are still some minor gaps but they are not too bad. The instructions were not hard to follow and I never felt lost during the process. Overall the desk was worth the price.
