Two pillows arrived in a cardboard box without a bag or other protective covering. They have a sewn on tag with what I guess is the manufacturer's name, but there's no content label, no Country of Origin label or anything to adequately identify the source or materials, much less the care required. There were unclipped threads all around the seams, a sign of careless workmanship. They're being returned.
