Women's Long Sleeve Tie-Front Midi Shirtdress - Universal Thread™

This dress is completely see through. You would need to wear a shift or something underneath it. The fabric is also very stiff.

There’s a reason this dress is sold out in most sizes - it’s sophisticated and flattering. The tie creates a nice “snip” around the waist. I’m 5’3, size 12 and wore a large. The fabric (like a men’s dress shirt) does wrinkle but irons out just fine. Length falls above the ankles but lower than a true midi.

The dress was OK. I think it might’ve been OK without the tie, or if the tie had been removable. But the tie is just awful.

I’m shy of 5’4 but this length worked on me. Comfortable enough to wear through the airport. Even when running to your gate. Fabric isn’t your friend when trying to iron or steam, but I settled with good enough.

This dress is beautiful, flattering, and true to size. I bought the green striped one, but I'm ordering the blue and white striped one today. It looks far more expensive than it is!

I'm 5'5", 135lb and the S fit perfectly. The fabric is nice and the asymmetrical tie is stylish. I like the dress best with the sleeves rolled up. Very pleased with this purchase!

I ordered this dress in the blue after seeing on an IG influencer Whiskey and Lace. I was hesitant to order a dress from here but with the sale I just couldn't resist giving it a try. I'm so glad I did - it fits like a glove! I ordered size XL and it's a perfect fit. I am 5'5" and curvy. The fullest part of my bust is about 43.5" (just fits without pulling) and fullest part of my hips/bottom is about 51" (I do have a smidge of room). This dress hugs my curves and waist in all the right places, while hiding my lower belly in the most flattering way. I love that it is 100% cotton, has pockets, and I can roll up the sleeves for an elbow length for hot days. I also love that I can button or unbutton the front as much as I want. I will say regarding the tie/belted part - it is asymmetical and weirdly attached in different ways on each side. It cannot be tied around the back, I tied it off to my left side as shown in the item pictures. It's a very strange design, but the way it conceals exaclty what I want and highlights what I love to show - it's a 100000% keeper. I do wish it was a tiny bit shorter on me, like just below my knee, but it's fine. It def gives j c r e w vibes of a look for way less. I wish it came in all black too! That would be great.

This is really cute but pretty hits at an odd spot at my shin, just a few inches above my ankle. There jottom of the dress was too flared for me and it felt very 1950's housewife. The top part is very flattering. I'm 5'5" and 160 lbs and ordered a size Medium. I would say size down if you're unsure.

I ordered my normal size and it fit perfectly! I’m (almost) 5’2 and the length hits my ankle which is perfect for me. The quality, fit, comfort are all 10/10. This easily could be from J.crew. I hope Target comes out with a solid color version!

Love this dress. Runs TTS. I am normally a medium and the medium fit perfectly. Larger chest and that was not a problem. Buttons don't pull. The wrap portion is very flattering. Got compliments the second I put it on ;)

True to size (I got my usual size Medium, I'm 5'8" ~160lbs), it's a nice comfortable fabric that does need ironing/steaming, but is stiff enough to generally resist wrinkles. The off-center bow tie is a cute feature that doesn't break the symmetry of the stripes. Great little pockets too!

Flattering and perfect for spring! I’m 5’2 and the dress hits right above my ankles, the white with green stripes is a bit see-through but not enough to cause an issue. I needed a more modest dress to wear for teaching and this fit all my needs (especially the pockets!)

Love this dress for work or spring. Very flattering. I did a medium and feel like I have room still-I hate tight arms, and this is very comfortable.

The fit of this dress is so perfect and looks like something triple the price from j crew! Would buy in 5 more colors if I could.
