I love the longer length. I think the cut is a bit boxy, the v-neck isn’t the most attractive shape, and the material seems thin. It comes in almost no colors, just variations of beige and gray. But if it did come in more colors (I have the black), I would buy many more in spite of all the flaws because the length is so perfect. Very flattering length makes up for everything else. The photo that goes with this description does not adequately show the longer length. I almost don’t think it is the same shirt. Mine is almost tunic length.

Perfect “basic” tee! The material is soft and good quality. Not sheer at all. Definitely will be ordering more colors!

I love this shirt! It’s soft and flattering. The only reason I took off a star is because there are no more vibrant colors. I got the coral red, but all the other options are super pale pastel, see through and easy to stain. If they had some nice purples, blues, or greens I would get one of each!

I do not like these new universal thread t-shirt this year. Too slimy, not all 100% cotton. V-necks cut too low. Now a good selection of colors. Please bring teh old ones back that you used to make Universal Thread. These are horrible. The heather color v-neck is pilled before evenwearing and a cotton polyester blend. yuc. Sorry!

I bought this in white, and with a white or nude bra you can still see through the shirt.

Disappointed with the fabric on these shirts of which I had bought several at the same time. It’s more like an undershirt than a T-shirt and I wouldn’t wear this shirt out the door. It needs to be ironed, and I don’t usually iron my T-shirts. The length seems decent and the color is good.

I literally live in tee shirts and will buy numerous of one style when I find a great one. So far, Target’s tees haven’t met the mark. As a taller woman the Target tees are usually too short to cover my belly. At nearly 60 years old, I certainly don’t want to dress like a teenager. I recommend these only if you need that extra length like I do. My issue with these particular ones is that the V is too deep, and only the black and red are sheer enough for my bra not to show through. I would love to see some deep blues, purples, and greens! Even orange or magenta would be better than the sheer white, pink, and baby blue they offer now.

I just found these because I was in need of smaller shirts after losing weight. I'm normally a small shirt in most brands, but preferred the XS for these. I love the slightly longer length and they aren't too boxy on me. Will definitely buy more. Please make more colors!

Terrible fabric change in 2025. These shirts used to be the perfect weight cotton and the perfect fit. This year they are thicker and have very little stretch to them so they fit tighter and are hot to wear. Go back to the slub knit that had the washed looking colors!! Those were the single best clothing product sold by Target in the last decade. I’m so disappointed that you ruined what was a wardrobe staple for millions of us. Stop making garbage.
