Parts that were supposed to have multiple holes drilled had NO holes drilled. They were just black boards that could not be connected. Called the customer service line on the instructions and was not able to reach anyone. Sent an e-mail to the customer service address on the instructions and did not receive a reply. I had to put all the pieces in my car and take them to the Target near my house for a refund. This thing weighs 97 pounds, people. And I had to drag it piece by piece into Target for a refund. If I were you, I'd think long and hard about ordering anything from the Emma and Oliver line. I won't be doing so again, ever.
