Where is my order - 10 days ago, Verified purchaser
I never received my order. FedEx delivered it to the wrong location and marked it as delivered. I contacted customer service, and two different representatives told me to wait four days. After that, they might consider a refund. (Minor side note: What does “exploring the option” even mean when I paid for a product I never received?) I waited the four days, only to be told I now need to wait another four days? For what exactly? If the package wasn’t delivered, it wasn’t delivered. I don't care whose fault it is—I just want the item I paid for or a refund. This delay and lack of resolution is completely unacceptable.
