summary: it gets the job done but not as elegantly as it could be. recommendation: ambivalent pros: item was well-packed for shipping with all sides protected by styrofoam. it fits 13" by 19" art prints as described. neutral: retention system is those thin little metal tabs you have to bend out and bend back. they work fine for a one-and-done image but won't stand up well to multiple changings of the displayed work. cons: lacks a centered, self-leveling single hanger for either portrait or landscape mode. the space on the back is there and they could easily attach 2 more central hangers on the unused sides to allow more flexibilty. square hanging as-is requires TWO fasteners on the wall, with all the problems inherent in having to level them, or for the user to engineer some sort of string or cable between the two existing hangers. if you just want to hang it up on one existing wall-nail or whatever, you're going to have to go through some extra steps. frame is very thin so i am hesitant to tack one of those corrugated metal hangers to it for fear of splitting the wood.
