This isn’t actually a Target brand, it’s a third party order. Also it’s like corduroy material but is actually 100% polyester, paper thin.

The material is very cheap and thin. It is no way worth almost 40 dollars. I’m very disappointed because it looked very cute in the photo and target usually has very good quality clothes.

I love corduroy and this style of skirt, so I jumped on the chance to get some, and it's pretty much what I expected. Unfortunately, it's definitely a cheap cordoroy. It's not really soft and it's pretty thin, though I don't think you'll see panty lines unless it's tight on you. But still, it's corduroy and it comes in lots of colors. The "coffee" is a very normal brown, and the dark green is what it looks like. My biggest complaint is the the belt loops. You can see two in the front-facing pics, which makes it look like there will be plenty. But guess what? There's only one more in the back! This really matters if you choose looser sizes. I erred on the large side on the size chart, to be cautious and because I like a looser fit. I figured I could pull the belt tighter, but that doesn't work when there are no loops! Plus, there nowhere to tuck the loose end of the belt. I might try a size smaller, but it's not in stores and shipping takes a long time, so that also makes finding the right size difficult.

Really thin material. Not good quality at all. Shows every single imperfection & even enhances them. Would definitely see panty lines or hosiery line or even spans through these. Runs super small - at least 2 sizes too small than your normal size. I get why it’s on clearance. Bummer.
