Tub Slipcovered Dining Chair - Threshold™

Cute chair, terrible slipcovers. I ordered four chairs in flax, and four additional slipcovers in flax to have backups. I received one chair in flax and three in wheat, and the four additional covers in flax. The fabric of the wheat covers is actually much nicer than the flax, which is stiff and plastic-y. I cannot get the flax covers to look nice no matter how much I pull and tuck. The wheat ones do look nice. At least until someone sits in the chair. And then everything gets pulled out. It’s really too bad because the chair itself is nicely made, has great proportions, is comfortable, and slides smoothly on wood floor. Photo 4 is the bottom and photo 5 is the naked chair.

Love the style, size and pattern options of these tub chairs. It's a firm seat which is probably best in a dining room anyway. As another reviewer stated the slip cover is a little ill fitting. Not wrinkled but bunched up at the top. I'm hesitant to try and steam it for fear it will stretch out the fabric and make it even more pooled up. Overall, I love the look and will keep them.

Wanted to love these but waited 2 months for these and when they finally arrived the slip covers are very ill fitting on both chairs I ordered. The backrest and seat are loose which with the striped pattern make it look sloppy. If you tug down the slip cover it can fix it but then the slip cover is dragging along the floor. Chair is decently comfortable and slides in nicely under my oval table on the ends but slipcover ruined the good things.
