Caraway Home Enameled Cast Iron Grill Pan

Tested it out grilling a steak, so far I’m liking the ability to stove top grill. It wasn’t too hard to clean but there is definitely a difference somewhat between it being brand new and me utilizing it for the steak. Even with cleaning it only with dawn dish soap and the soft sponges caraway provides with your order. It is less “shiny” after grilling the steak, I still like it though and hope it lasts forever!

Well, this is heavy and attractive and good in theory, all food always sticks, no matter using olive oil no matter using avocado oil no matter using butter it always sticks and it’s a hard job to clean it and it’s stains. I even bought large professional cleaner and it still stains. I like the cookware because it’s heavy, but don’t get confused. It’s not nonstick like the other cookware.

We use this so much to make grilled cheese sandwiches and paninis. Easy to clean

My kids bought this for me for Christmas. It makes the perfect crispy bacon!

I love cooking steaks in this pan! Clean up is a breeze!
