This item has a horrendous fish smell! It has been weeks since we assembled, we have tried Febreeze multiple times and it smells awful.

Regarding the odor issue you mentioned, all our products go through strict quality control inspections to ensure they are free from harmful substances. The smell you're experiencing probably stems from the packaging and storage conditions during transportation, which might have allowed the odor to penetrate the materials. We suggest gently cleaning the bed with some baking soda and leaving the product in a well - ventilated area for a while. This gradually helps get rid of the smell.
