Snapped in multiple places

Ordered 6 chairs, received them quickly and appreciated the zero assembly, however the first chair taken out of the box was broken in multiple places. It’s almost like they were woven too tight, which caused the wood to snap in many places. Hadn’t even sat in it to cause the breakage. The seat was snapped in multiple places, and so was the back rest. Standing up from the chair caused my clothes to catch on the broken sprigs. Returned them and was refunded with no issue. I took pictures to show Target to initiate the return, but can no longer find them on my phone.

Extremely low backs to these chairs! I was not expecting that. The seat height is standard, but the backs and overall size of the chair are small. They look like a child’s chair and unfortunately I had to return. The color is pretty and true to picture, and they feel sturdy, but I couldn’t get past the low back.
