These are not the same fit as the Muckster II Mid Boot, but they were out of those so we thought we would try these. The sole is completely different even to the point we walk differently in these, and these are a lot harder to break in. They are super tight around the calf as well. I just need to stick with the muckster :-). Just not a fan. But they are waterproof!

These boots are so comfy and warm. They only had whole sizes and I took a chance woth the 9's, crossing my fingers hoping they didn't run small. To my surprise they are perfect and I can wear thick socks in them too for extra warmth. The fit snuggly around my calves as well. Best winter boots I've ever purchased and they will also be perfect for summer gardening or playing in the rain too as they are waterproof.

I've had mine for like 6 years? The boots survived going into a pond to canoe and that was 2021. This month I've been finding that there's a couple leaks. But they lasted a while and I'm quite happy with that.

Friend has a pair of muck boots I’ve used that are wonderful, so I decided to buy these when the weather turned muddy. I’m not sure what the difference is, but these boots are awful! I feel like I am wearing garbage bags wrapped around cardboard duct taped to my calves. I understand they are mud pots, but there is so little shape/firm to the foot/ankle that they feel like wearing bags on your feet! Very disappointing bc the ones my friend had provided good support and protection. I do not understand how the quality can suddenly be so terrible in the course of a couple years!!

This is the second pair of Muck Boots Women's Hale Tall Boots I have purchased. The boots kept my feet warm and I loved them, until the first pair split along the bottom sole of both boots, across the balls of my feet. Naturally, my feet were constantly wet. The first pair lasted 6 months, the second pair I bought only lasted 2 months. The first time I bought these boots were for my daughter. I want to try something new but am afraid I'll be wasting my money.

I wear these every single morning for my walk in the neighbors vineyard and I garden in them. I wore out my last pair in two years and needed to replace them as some of the rubber trim was pulling away and undermining the seams. The waterproof boots withstood heat and cold like a champ. They are so easy to put on and take off and my feet are always comfortable and my feet don’t sweat! Originally recommended to me by a friend who is a bug scout for farmers and she swears by them.
