the liddell mens sexual health works better........ i use a lot of vitamins and supplements so other stuff may have masked age defiance's effectiveness

I bought this a month ago and have used it faithfully. I have noticed no difference in my energy level and I still have trouble with sleep. That being said, I am a firm believer in Homeopathy and I know that general remedies as opposed to personalized remedies don't always work for everyone. What didn't work for me, might very well help someone else.

I am ordering my second bottle today. The first 30 days, I've felt more mentally alert, and a suttle increase in energy. I didnt use it faithfully. I missed a dose here and there and then towards the end of the bottle got way off track. I feel it has made an improvement. My thyroid functions are on the low side. Personally I found this to be a helpful supplement and I anticipate the second month I will feel even more improvement.

This product helps my eyesight to be stronger. I'm still trying out different brands and different formulas, so I haven't made up my mind yet about which is the best. So far, this product is pretty good for the price and I've continued to buy it for several months in a row.

I bought this supplement upon recommendation from a book called "Tired of Being Tired." I used the product religiously 3x per day until it was gone (about a month). I felt no change in my body or energy level whatsoever. Since a month supply costs $30 I won't be buying it again.

As we age, our bodies produce less HGH so it becomes important to supplement with a good natural form of HGH, which this product does provide.

I have tried other, more expensive HGH sprays in the past. This one was just as effective, and for the price you can't beat it! Very pleasantly surprised. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

I'm 54 and use this product occasionally. Used every day it will increase lean muscle and decrease fat, give you a liitle more uumph, strength and vigor. Its a good value at Swanson's price.
