Sexy Hair Concepts Unisex Refreshing Residue-Free Finish Big Sexy Hair

I had tried a ton of brands of dry shampoo, and found Big Sexy to be the best. It absorbed oil, and gave my hair volume and texture. It was awesome! It was my go to for years….UNTIL they changed the formula. Now I would rank it among one of the worst. It actually makes my hair greasy and flat. I had just stocked up, so I had to throw out 3 bottles (which aren’t cheap). And, I had to go back on the hunt for a replacement. That being said, I do use the Big Sexy Powder Play for volume and texture—it still does a great job.

This was my go-to for years, after trying several other top-rated brands…until the formula change. Now it leaves my hair with a greasy, nasty texture and does not add volume. Back on the hunt for a dry shampoo!

Seems like the product doesn't work untill it's about out. I have shaken it before ever use. I got a new bottle and have used it twice and it makes my hair look wet and even more oily. I appreciate that it's not a heavy dry shampoo like other brands that's why I go back to this product even though the price is high. But I was really disappointed with the last bottle I bought.

Use to be my favorite dry shampoo but the new formula does nothing for my oily hair anymore. Very disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this dry shampoo to refresh my silk press and it definitely got the job done. It absorbed a good amount of the oils from my scalp. It doesn’t have a super strong smell which definitely is a plus, and it doesn’t leave a heavy white cast in my hair. I also noticed that it did dry my hair out a bit. It made my ends a little drier and I usually had to use a little oil in my hair to bring the shine back to it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have light brown hair and it’s really hot where I live so I may sweat more than most people but unfortunately this dry shampoo just didn’t work for me. Even applied the night before I did not notice my hair looking any cleaner with use. The spray left a white tint that blended in after a minute but instead of absorbing the oil in my hair it just made it more wet and dirty looking.

I thought it was fine at absorbing oil, but I felt like I needed a lot of the product to do so. I did like that it helped with the texture and volume. The best way to apply it for me was in layers at the root. It also worked well on my daughters bangs when I wanted to fluff them up.

This product gives nice volume for day 2 or 3 of not washed hair. I currently have long hair and it worked to give volume to even my hair so thats spectacular. If you know, you know it does a great job at soaking up any oils and residues in your hair especially when you can’t wash it or need an extra day I think it’s a great product and I even use it with my braids to refresh them, and it doesn’t leave a weird white cast or anything like that definitely always have a can of this on hand 

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After trying Big Sexy Hair Dry Shampoo, I can say that it does just an OK job making my hair feel less oily. My only real qualm is the smell. It’s a eucalyptus/mint type of aroma (which sounds nice and if you like that scent, perhaps maybe you’ll like this) but it turns sour on me for whatever reason. The scent also stays with me the entire day and I notice it when I’m out and about… However, someone else might enjoy this product for the long lasting aroma. Since this wasn’t a hit for me and I don’t see myself reaching for this, I’ll be giving it away to friends or family.
