1. inadequate packaging - the unit weights over 100 lbs and is packed in just cardboard. the packaging barely survived the trip and looked as though either a) I received a previously opened and returned unit or b) it broke open at some point in the journey and was taped back up. 2. possibly because of 1) above, it arrived missing ALL of the the post caps and ALL of the post couplers. This made it impossible to assemble as designed. Fortunately it will be used on a rough concrete floor so I can live without the end caps. Unfortunately I had to cobble it together using some of the shelf rails in place of the post couplers locking one shelf in the exact middle of the unit. This means I can't fit some of the taller items I had intended to store on the bottom shelf. The included instructions helpfully provide an email address and a website to use if it arrives damaged or missing some parts. Unfortunately, the website doesn't exist ('Something went wrong' / 'The store in unavailable' error page). I recevied no response to my email. If I time had not been a factor, I would have returned for a refund and purchased a different item. Because I couldn't wait another week, I am left with a questionably stable unit that doesn't fit the items it was intended to store.
