I love that it has two spouts one for someone left handed like my husband and one for someone right handed like me. It has a multiple layer base also which is a huge plus to keep food from burning and a lid with an air vent to keep food from boiling over

The butter didn’t burn, the apples carmelized nicely and the oil heated up to the right temp and didn’t flex from hotter to cold. The temp on this pan stayed right where I wanted it. Anddddd NOTHING STUCK TO IT! It was easy to clean and I am so happy I have this pan as part of my cookware now.
