This rug is exactly what I was looking for. I had been to 5 other stores and stumbled across the Rugs.com store. I wanted to purchase a rug I could touch in person. Sales lady was very knowledgeable and helpful. Within 15 mins of being in the store I purchased 2 rugs and I was a happy consumer!! 2-day shipping and they were delivered on time!! I’ve had this rug for a few weeks now and I love it. I got it very quickly after ordering. It shipped folded but there were no creases after I laid it out. I have a dog with short hair and it is very easy to vacuum. I would highly recommend this rug.
