As previous reviews stated, the holes not match up. I used Gorilla glue and clamps to secure a panel together due to frustration. It will be used for a guest room. Will see if it sustains with kids and possible adult activities.

Not super difficult to assemble, but not super easy either. We had to purchase screws separately to attach to the bed frame. The end result was exactly as pictured. Not disappointed in our purchase.

The Headboard came totally scratched. When ordering it there was no mention of no hardware with it had to purchase to attach to frame. Would no recommend to a friend or family.

This is one of the most affordable new wood headboards on the market I could find. Yes, it is cheap pressed board with low quality screws, some holes are not drilled as indicated in the directions but if you have half a brain you can figure it out. Final bed attaching screw options not included. About an hour to put together and install. Looks good. Don't scratch it!

Headboard it "tacky" or cheap looking. Board of plywood, lightly painted with raw pressboard exposed on side. Little wood panels included to hide pressboard on sides don't have method for attaching. Prepunched holes in wood do not match up for putting together. Definite return.

Looks really nice.. Confusion is the instructions.. Headboard attached to metal frame , which took some work..Customer service was good but had a hard time understanding what I wanted.. Also found that [..........] sold the same but Target was cheaper and with the free shipping helped me a lot since I am on a tight budget..

Very inexpensive for design and modern look. Recently just got married so we need something to start out with for a nice look in our bedroom. Great purchase. Does not come with screws to connect to the bed frame.

I like this piece but it didn't have the screws that attatch it to a metal bed frame. I also bought the dresser mirror and dresser chest and all 3 were missing screws and all had chipped corners.

This headboard was priced low and if you are not extremely careful when you put it together, it will split, which ours did. once its together don't touch it. Make sure you put the bed exactly where you want it so you dont have to mess around with it. It looks really cute though.

Looks great and didn't kill the wallet [...] includes felt pads to keep the board from scratching the wall, and even included a touch-up marker in case the paint got scratched during delivery, which I thought was pretty cool. [...]

I am very pleased with the look of the headboard. However, the (South Shore)company says that it will fit a standard bed frame, but it doesn't. I will have to drill additional holes, in the headboard, to make it fit.

I ordered this headboard for our guest room. Speedy shipping and super easy to put together. The instructions said it required two people to assemble, but I put it together myself without any problems. The color is a perfect chocolate brown. Love it!

I purchased this item a little over a year. Its a great head board I also purchased the dresser mirror and two night stands to go with it. The price for every thing was jst wonderful I put everything together myself pretty simple if you like puzzles and know how to read!! LOL BECAREFUL WITH WATER!!COASTERS!! COASTERS!! COASTERS!!I have a 3yr old son and he had spilled watter on the night stand and for the most part it was fine but i guess some water leaked thur the top layer of the night stand and it bubbled up and pealed right off it was not a huge area and luckly the dresser came with a brown pin jst in case of scraches i guess but anyways i was able to color it in so u dont see the ply woodops wrong items LOL back to the head board its very heavy and we actually had to mount it up to the wall other than that perfect!!

There wasn't any instructions with the unit, and we put it together wrong. The head board is not sturdy...especially when it comes to "grown up activities".
