A: This product does not contain iron. Gummy vitamins contain a high level of moisture. If iron is added to a gummy formulation, it will cause oxidation, simply the rusting of iron, causing dark spots to appear. Also, iron has a characteristic metallic taste and aroma which would make a gummy vitamin unpleasant to taste.

You know, there’s no shortage of chalky tasting supplement on the market so it’s nice that this one wasn’t. I won’t pretend to be a proponent of supplements that taste like candy but this one was still good all things considered. I was able to take the entire course as directed and feel the packaging did in fact keep the gummies in tact for the life of the product.

The Women's Gummies have all the necessary vitamins for the average adult plus some extras for a healthy heart and immune system.
