The top piece consistently falls through. They are there for looks. If you sit on it, it will fall through. The center support isn’t wide enough to keep the pieces in place.

The look and style of this ottoman is great and we were very excited. It was on sale and based on the original price, we were expecting a quality piece. When we received it, we were pleased with the look and ease of assembly. Upon arrival, a corner was already worn and the leather material is gone. Before we even got to the week mark of receiving the it, the corners and creases in two of the trays are cracking and peeling. The quality is not worth the the price.

I really like my new ottoman, well actually, both of them because I bought two. I was very disappointed to see that there was damage to the interior wood so that I cannot turn them all over without them looking like I already owned them for some time. Going to keep them regardless because the hassel to deal with it will be too great and they will server the purpose regardless.

I needed a unit with storage, seating, and sturdy enough to set down a glass, etc and also of course it had to match my current sectional. It took me a while but I finally found this piece which seemed to be exactly the style, color and suited all my needs. I did not want to expect too much since it was online and sometimes the pictures can be deceiving. When I received it, I was pleasantly surprised!! It was perfect, the units has a lot of storage and color and material is perfect, it actually looks like its part of the current furniture. I absolutely love it.

The piece is nice but it came with a punctured hole on the side of it. I would’ve exchanged it but it’s too big for me to get back to the store to return. The actual piece is nice though!

We ordered this ottoman 2 weeks ago and it finally arrived. I was so excited. I haven't been able to find anything else like this. Every single one of the trays were damaged. I spoke with Target and i wanted to keep the item since they do not have any left so i have an ottoman until i find another one like it but i wanted my money back since it is very clearly damaged. Target would only allow me to return the item or give me 30% back. Thank you so much target for no help at all. Be careful if you order this item or any of the furniture on target.com. Target will not help.

Great storage for extra pillows and blankets at out lake home. I've owned this for 7 months and have had no problems. Seems very well built. I love that the cushions can be flipped over into a tray, although this is a bit tricky. I just leave one square as a tray all the time to hold the remotes and our drinks. I am glad I purchased this.

A tray has several scratches on it and it looks like a marker was applied to the scratches to make them appear less noticeable. It was packaged well so it looks like the damage was done before it was delivered, not during shipping. I’m pretty disappointed in the decision to send us a damaged product. Otherwise, seems like a good piece of furniture.
