Say bye to bags with the Que Bella Professional Moisturizing Gel Eye Masks. The hydrogel eye masks contain hyaluronic acid which helps to hydrate the skin, helping to visibly reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Enriched with Aloe Vera and Vitamin E, our masks help to restore moisture, leaving your eye area plumped and brightened.
How to: cleanse your face with warm water and pat dry. Apply the mask with your fingertips. Leave the mask on for 15 minutes or until completely dry, then rinse off the mask with warm water and gently pat dry. Dispose of the packaging responsibly - do not flush the mask down the toilet.
For external and adult use only. Keep out of reach of children. Use as directed. Not for use on sensitive or broken skin. We recommend testing a small quantity of mask behind the ear prior to use – if sensitivity occurs, do not use. Avoid contact with eyes, if product gets into eyes rinse well with clean water. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Q: Will this work with sensitive skin?

A: I'm afraid we can't guarantee that this will work for sensitive skin - as everyone's skin is different. Furthermore all of our derma tests are completed on 'normal' skin types. However the masks fo come with 3 pairs, so we'd recommend cutting a little bit of the eye patch and sticking it behind your ear to test for 20 minutes. If sensitivity occurs then remove and do not use. Otherwise you should be fine to proceed. Always patch test when possible. Thanks!

A: Hello, we recommend using any of face masks 1-2 times per week, but please do always patch test prior to use. Please also pay attention to your skin's needs and sensitivity ensuring you don't overuse the product. We do hope that this helps :)

I didn't feel any discomfort, itching or pain when wearing these masks. Used as directed on clean skin and left on for only 10 minutes. Good news is, the redness and puffiness seems to be fading within about 30 min

Finally, eye masks that actually stay put under my eyes! I apply these in the morning before applying my makeup (while making my coffee and unloading the dishwasher). These stay put and do not slide down like all the other eye masks I’ve tried. They do an okay job at depuffing (that’s what I primarily need them for). I have not experienced any negative side effects like others have reported. I’ll definitely continue to buy and use these.

Burning sensation. I normally love Que Bella products, I use their masks all the time. It’s hard for me to find products that don’t irritate my skin because I have sensitive eczema prone skin. I trusted the brand so I bought these eye patches before reading the reviews. The moment I put them on my skin started burning uncomfortably so it’s a big nope for me.

I removed this after about 30 seconds because the slight tingling I was started to get spooked me. Washed my face and my skin already felt quite raw and it continues to feel tingly. I'm not sure if I'll end up with marks or not. I am occasionally sensetive to some products, but not overly so and don't really consider myself to have "sensitive skin". And I have never experienced a product that I had such a reaction to so instantly.

Was excited to try but left me with red burn like patches under my eyes. Didn’t feel any burning while wearing them so I did these for 25 minutes before preschool pick up. The packaging says to keep them on for 30 min but obviously you shouldn’t wear them at all! Hoping hydrocortisone does the trick in clearing it up. Do not recommend, do not use! Will be diligently checking reviews before buying another of this brand’s product again.

I do not have sensitive skin, and have not had any allergic reactions to skincare in the past. However these eye masks gave me a horrible burning sensation after about 3 minutes of having them on. I immediately took them off and was left with painful red irradiated skin.

Much like other reviewers, these masks gave me and my friend who used them burning red irritation. Thankfully it went away overnight but I do not recommend at all.

My husband and I both wanted to use these. After just a few minutes he had to take his off due to burning. I left mine on for about 15 minutes (instructions say to use for 30) and was shocked to discover this burn on my skin. Will never buy again.
