This is not a good meal if you want to get very full. The flavor was good, the sauce was good as well. The chicken doesn't have flavor. For the price can we really complain? All in all decent meal for work.

I love these! I work late nights and I always struggle with snacking. I usually make protein pasta before I leave for work to have when I get home, I heat these up and throw a portion of noodles in and I have a healthy protein packed meal for after my shift that’s actually good for me! I have never tried this before. It would have been good, but it did not have Alfredo sauce at all—just the chicken, noodles, and broccoli. I'll try it again and hope for better luck. It actually wasn't that bad even without the sauce, perfectly prepared and I liked the ease of preparation.

This is amazing I absolutely love the taste I cannot get over the amount of fiber that's inside of these poles it's perfect it's great low carb everything you're looking for such good tender chicken. And it takes absolutely no time at all to cook and it comes in a recycled Bowl.
