I purchased this a while ago and don’t understand all of the bad reviews. There’s no blue at all and all episodes are there. I recommend it to any ATLA fan.

I bought a copy, perhaps a year or two ago, mostly to support the franchise then, but only now have I wanted to actually watch it for nostalgia's sake. The series is great, but that double line blur defect is JUST noticeable enough to make me constantly second guess if my eyes have blurred up. The effect is less noticeable the further along the series, but is still present. The audio ends up coming out just fine, but as a visual experience, I wouldn't skimp on the money like I did and I would put the investment in the BluRay version, where this defect is fixed.
The images included are partial screenshots of the double line blur defect, in Books 1 and 3, one not fitted for fullscreen, and the other fitted in fullscreen, respectively. If these types of visual abnormalities bother you, then I would suggest buying the BluRay version.
The case, on the other hand, is quite nice. Nothing inherently special about it, but the extra artwork is nice.

This series has been my favorite since it originally aired. I was super excited to get home and watch this but I was extremely disappointed. The picture is extremely blurry and the sound is off. Save your money on this version and go for Blu-Ray.

Avatar The Last Airbender is a fantastic show. This review does not reflect the show's quality in any way. I would recommend Avatar to anyone. This dvd set is terrible. The picture is blurred and looks awful. It's also presented in fullscreen format, though I can't say that bothers me. I will say that I've seen plenty of VHS tapes with much better picture quality. I am very disappointed and honestly wish I'd shelled out the few extra bucks for the remastered blu-ray. This ends up just being a waste of money.
