Q: Can a patch be cut down to a smaller size? And will the remaining patch still be good for use in the future?

A: Yes, I frequently cut them and use for the size of the pain area.

Q: Hi My boyfriend had shingles of the eye and unfortunately now has post hepatic neuralgia. This was approx 3 years ago. Can you use the lidicaine patch on his forhead?

A: Thank you for your interest in Aspercreme products. Aspercreme lidocaine patch is only indicated for temporary relief of minor pain and not indicated for postherpetic neuralgia. The product should only be used as directed, and can be used on the back, neck, leg and arm, and contact with the eyes should be avoided at all times.
