Gave to both my boxer and shitzhu. Boxer ended up choking on the stick part after eating the meat off. Shitzhu got sick. Look these up, there have been many recalls throughout the years. Do NOT recommend.

i give my 2 terriers and one large breed dog these every day, they LOVE them and are highly digestable. the reviews saying they're unhealthy are silly...thats like feeding your kid a pint of ice cream daily then getting mad at the ice cream company that your kid has an upset stomach all the time. they're treats. also, as an emergency vet tech, I can promise you these are digestable. if you are worried about rawhide, just dont use them.

My dogs love them but one got sick with overactive bowel sounds I think he couldn't digest the rawhide. I'm switching to rawhide free kabobs.

Very lo g lasting which is what we were looking for. However, our dog chocked each time I gave her one. We donated them to shelter, our vet said stay away from rawhide, collagen, and stick to chews without. So great for dogs who can handlebthebtough chew, but not dogs with soft pallets, and gullets.

My dog won't eat these. The reviews gave me high hopes but he doesn't like them. I can usually get him to take one but when he does he just walks away and puts it down. If I don't touch it it'll still be there the next day. I have been able to fool him into eating one of them, but it was a lot of work. I scored with a knife thinking the inside might be more appetizing, then melted cheese on it. Then I literally had to force it into his mouth. But even doing that hasn't worked since.

Our dog used to go absolutely wild over these chews. We limited him to 1 per day and it was his special treat after cleaning his dinner bowl. A few months ago, they changed the formulation and he now chews off the flavor knobs and then carries around the stick and complains something is wrong. He used to crunch down the rawhide stick into small pieces and consume the small pieces. Now they just get dropped around in disappointment. What Happened?
