Q: Where is this lamp made & does the lamp shade rotate at all?
A: Items are manufactured and assembled in the United States. Some items may contain foreign parts from our Ashley Furniture overseas plants. This lamp is not designed to rotate. I believe what you are looking for is called a swing-arm lamp which would have the rotating feature.

Q: How far off the floor is the top table? I already know the dimensions.
A: Dimensions: 19.25W x 14D x 59.25H in. Shade dimensions: 14.75W x 8.75D x 10.5H in.

Q: There seems to be a ring of cardboard around the area where the lightbulb goes. Should this be there? It seems difficult to remove.

A: The shade and table are included. "Lamp Only" is referring to any additional furniture you may see in the living room setting images.
