I’ve had this playpen for about two year now and I’ve used it for both puppies and kittens. The playpen works for puppies if they’re decently small and relatively calm temperament. Otherwise it’s very easy for them to roll the entire thing over. This playpen is excellent for kittens to keep them free in a controlled environment. Mine had held 5 kittens at once and I have not had issue. It’s super easy to fold up and store, and is sturdy enough that the kittens climb it with ease. I’d say my 3 month old kitten is just now starting to weight it down when she climbs it, but she still fits comfortably to play and be housed in it. If you’re a frequent kitten rescuer I would definitely recommend this playpen :)

The smell is really bad, and the zipper ripped right away but other than that it’s good

I really like that it soft. My 7 month old kitten is aggressive toward my 2 month old kitten. So I put the older kitten in it so the baby can run and still interact with older one and get to know one another. The older kitten can flip it over while playing but he can't hurt himself.

I purchased this after our rescue rabbit had a surprise litter of kits. She never got her milk in, so the babies had to be bottle fed. Only two have survived and they are now almost 3 weeks old. I put a heating pad in part of the space, along with their little “nest”. The stronger of the two likes to get out and run around and this has been the perfect solution for keeping them safe and contained. I put a puppy pad in the bottom, but the bottom is already coated to help prevent stains. I don’t think it will work for them longer than 6 weeks or so, but for the time being it is absolutely ideal.

My dog is 3 lb Yorkie terrier and Can knock this over easily. It cute and small but very flimsy and easy for dog to flip over or jump out of it

The product is a great concept, but that’s all it is when you have a rowdy puppy. I purchased 2 of these within a week, because my puppy chewed off the zipper. Maybe if your dog wasn’t a puppy it would work for you.

We bought this for our pug puppy. It turns out our two cats like it more than the puppy. Lol

perfect to keep my 17 year old dog safe at night to sleep and have room to pee pee on the pad and have a bed inside. Sturdy for a 6 lb dog "Lizz"

A Perfect Play Yard For Our Dog

This is cute, and a nice size for a small/medium puppy, but my 4-lb cockapoo puppy managed to accidentally rip a hole in it the first week just by jumping up on the side. I repaired the tear with a tent repair kit, but I have my doubts about how long the pen will last. (Her nails were just trimmed and aren’t sharp.)

It somewhat does what I need it to, but wish was a little sturdier. Will fold in on itself a little easier than I expect. Also was too easy for pup to turn the entire pen on the side and run like it’s a hamster wheel. *sigh* I would recommend for smaller pets that are low energy.

The zipper around the top allows easy access to pick up your pet and put them in or remove them. Ours doesn’t like the side entrance due to having to step over the bottom of the door.

This enclosure is working perfectly for our 10 week old cavalier. We can leave her in here while we are away briefly and she does very well! I’m pretty sure this won’t work when she gets bigger but for now just what we needed, at a decent price! Our daughter thinks it’s cool too! Also has been durable so far.

It looks great but THAT SMELL!!!!! Don’t buy this.

This is a perfect spot for our senior blind chihuahua, Frankie. She has a blanket to curl up on and pee pad if she needs it. I’ve not been able to leave a water bowl because she tends to spill it in there. I do put in a little dry food. It’s a relief to know she has a safe place to be when I have to leave her for a short time. She’s at the sundowning stage: wandering, circling, bumping into things this play spot is ideal. Because there’s no water in there she’s never in there for very long.
