The ottoman barely gets used and is more so decor. That being said, it’s already lost so much of his shape and is coming unwoven. Very disappointing for the price.

This looked great until I actually began using it. The inner bag of beads burst open in several places, and the woven yarn has begun to unravel. I bought it in late 2019 but only began putting my feet up on it a month ago. It’s going out in the trash. Really disappointed.

I am so disappointed with this item. I was looking forward to it being in my lounge and when i opened it to find the sticker saying that it could cause cancer and birth defects i promptly put it back in its box and will be returning it immediately! How can anything be sold with this kind of warning on it??

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. I believe you refer to California Prop 65 labels that are attached to our furniture. Prop 65 is a California Law which requires a warning if one of 900 substances are included in the product, even at very low levels. These chemicals have to reach a certain threshold to cause any measurable effects, generally one thousand times greater than the level which requires a warning. The warning does not mean the product is dangerous or likely to cause cancer or birth defects. We elected to provide Prop 65 warnings on a large amount of products to ensure compliance. A Prop 65 warning does not mean that a product is in violation of any product-safety standards or requirements. Prop 65 is a "right to know" law which aids customers in making informed decisions. - Customer Service Agent

This pouf is super cute. It's not soft, and is kind of itchy. There's a tag on it staying that the pouf contains chemicals known to the state of California to cause cancer and birth defects so that's pretty scary.

Returning immediately. So small, very stiff, scratchy wool covering. I cannot believe the price of this item, I was expecting something much larger and actually comfortable for the cost. NOT recommended AT ALL.
