Q: Hello, if daily dosage is "4" gummies per day, why doesn't a bottle contain a full 30 day (one month) worth? Why sell a bottle for a three week dosage?

Q: Is it fine to take two gummies in the monrning and two gummies at night? Also is it necesary to take four gummies a day?

SmartyPants gummy vitamins can be taken at any time of the day with or without food - in any way that works best for you! Q: Does this have iron in it ?

Iron is a leading cause of accidental overdose, so we didn't want to include Iron into a chewable supplement that tastes so good - just in case someone might be tempted to eat more than our recommended daily serving.
