For a “cookbook”, there’s an unreasonable amount of random photos of the author, barely clothed. Not even photos of her cooking, just of her 😂🤷🏼♀️ Furthermore, you’d have to be quite wealthy to stay regularly stocked up on the ingredients required for most of these recipes, not to mention the specific types and cuts of meats, they’re not readily available in all areas either. These are probably amazing recipes for someone in Hollywood with a personal chef, but not for a middle class family of 6🤷🏼♀️

I'm always looking for healthy cookbooks to get some inspiration for tasty healthy meals and refresh my cooking routine. This cookbook has such good looking recipes and I love that they are free of unhealthy ingredients like sugar.
