Prospect Upholstered Armchair - Modway

Looks great but is flimsy. Its lightweight and almost tipped over when I got up from the chair. The pad of the seat squeaks. I'm returning it

These chairs are beautiful. I love the fabric and I feel the color is exactly what I expected (I ordered the orange). The fabric is very nice. I was most nervous about whether or not they would be comfortable. I was very, very concerned. I did not need squishy chairs but did not want them to be stiff. They are in my small living room and will be used mostly for when we have guests. I think the comfort level is perfect! The cushions are not stiff. They have what I would call a medium "cush" to them, which to myself and my husband, seems very comfortable. I was also a bit concerned about how I would fit in the chair, as I did not want to fit tightly. I am 5'1" and chunky. When seated, I am a bit in the wide side. I fit perfectly with a bit of room to spare and my feet touch the floor. My husband is 6' and also loves the fit of these. The only small complaint that I have is this: On the back of each chair, there is a zipper on the left and on the right. It is covered by fabric, so does not look too bad - kind of like a seam. My issue is that on one chair, the fabric does not cover the zipper very well. Thankfully, this chair is in a corner and it will never be seen, so I am not returning for another. Do keep in mind the price of these chairs. I hoped for perfect but for me, a small imperfection is somewhat expected when paying this price for a living room chair, especially site unseen.

It's a beautiful & comfortable chair and I would recommend it.

I've only had the chair for about a week but so far its working out well. Its a lighter weight piece but seems fairly solid in construction. The fabric seems tough and is a bit on the rough side but not too bad. I think it looks super cute and is great to curl up in. I got the laguna color-it looked different on my phone and on my computer but the actual color is a medium to lighter teal-not a very light blue as it looked on one of the screens.

I’m giving this 4 stars because the color looks a lot lighter in the picture, more of a cream color. Yes; I know Target can’t be held liable for my phone’s brightness, but it’s worth mentioning in case someone thinks it’s a lighter color like I did. When received it was a darker beige. It still went with the decor in my room, but would have loved a creamier, lighter color. If I can find a lighter color, I’ll def switch it out. Still comfy and very stylish.

Nice chair. A little expensive compared to local retailers.
