Matelasse Damask Sofa Slipcover - Sure Fit

way bigger and not easy to make fit too much extra material

I have bought this twice for two separate sofas I liked it so much. I think it’s beautiful. I love the texture that adds a bit of class. It’s very easy to launder and instal on the furniture. Overall I am very very pleased!!! It gave my sofas a whole new life and look for very reasonable prices! Highly recommend!

I bought my red matelasse Sure fit slipcovers 3 years ago. I love them. Now i would like to buy another set in a different color but all you have is white. I do no know why you would discontinue the best slipcovers sold.

Very nice and looks great. Material a tad thinner than expected, but well made. Looks as good as I hoped it would.

Using it to cover a floral print sofa, still in great shape, I was just tired of the deeper tones. This cover is white, and by adding a colorful area rug and some new throw pillows, it livens up the room. Cover was easy to fit (once I watched the video!) I did need to wash it twice to get rid of a musty smell. But it washed and dried beautifully ... and relaxed any packing wrinkles.

Unfortunately my sofa is somewhere in between for this to have been a sure fit. This cover was too big for my sofa, but if I had ordered a size smaller, it would have been too small. I kept it anyway. I really like the color and the material it is made of. Hopefully it will shrink when I wash it like my last sofa cover did.

This slipcover is made well, it fits well on my sofa too. I bought it a year ago. The problem is they choose to use a Fabric with high polyester content fiber. The seat area of the slipcover becomes covered in fuzzy pill balls like an old sweater. Personally, I don't want to constantly shave my sofa. 100% cotton fabric would have solved this problem.

This slipcover is everything Ive been looking for. I have a sofa with custom designed slipcovers that cost 4 times as much but I got bored with them. I have tried a lot, and I also like the 2 piece seude look ones but THIS is such an outstanding slipcover! The fabric is fabulous and washes up so nice. For a one piece this is a super fit and doesnt budge after a lot of use. A tip is to use half a pool noodle in the space between seat and back after you get your cover positioned. I love this more than my custom ones because it is easier to get off and washes beautifully. My custom I had to struggle to get back on AND I could not machine dry for fear of shrinkage. This one dries in machine! If I could insert a picture I would. I love it!!! Please get more in stock. I want to buy for my chair and ottoman!!!

This slipcover is beautiful and works great in a shabby-chic decor setting. Strong yet soft fabric. Lovely. Washes and dries beautifully as long as you take it out of the dryer immediately (like anything). Looks prettier in person.

This is the second slipcover I have purchased. Both were well made but the most recent was advertised as sage green and is more consistent with mint green. I kept it for use on vacations rentals but cannot tolerate the color otherwise. If mint is your color, then it's great.

This is the only product I like at Surefit. It looks like you are discontinuing the line. Glad I was able to get these.

This is the first time I have purchased and used a slipcover. It is nice quality and looks nice. I've washed it once since my purchase, and it still looks great. Only complaint is that it needs constant tucking. I may have to try the tuck once grips sold by Sure Fit.

This is the best slipcover I've ever purchased. I wanted my sofa to look like the photo of the English Rose Heirloom sofa cover and needed a white cover to go underneath it. I chose this one. I was a bit apprehensive because I thought it was expensive, especially since I was buying the two covers at the same time and only a little of this one would be seen once I put the other cover on top of it. They turned out to be well worth the price. Although the photo of this Matelasse cover shows squared off arms, this cover fit well over the rounded and rather large arms of my 84 sofa with no problem. The fabric is a heavy weight and the embossed pattern is very pretty. I love the ties on the arms which are a pretty accent. I also love the cording across the front which makes it easy to line up this cover so that it looks straight and tidy. This cover is sized generously so that if I wash it and it happens to shrink a bit it will still fit. It tucks far into the back of my cushions but in order to secure it I would recommend either purchasing the products sold for that purpose or come up with some other solution of your own otherwise the fabric will work its way out when you sit down and need to be constantly re-tucked. I used several large squares cut from a rigid laminate flooring to tuck down behind my cushions. They disappear behind the cushions and hold my cover in place very well. I'm now considering buying this same cover in blue to use alone on a sofa in another room.""
