Greenies do seem to work at cleaning a dog's mouth but I have not read any data on their actual effectiveness. They come in different flavors if that really matters to your dog. They are however pretty expensive, especially if you have a large breed.

Our new rescue loved them but we didn’t realize they had chicken in them and my pitty is allergic and broke out in hives on day 4. Box didn’t state chicken and i didn’t read it really well. He’s okay after benadryl

My puppy was fine until I gave her one of these. 30 minutes later she started having the stinkiest diarrhea ive ever smelled in my life, so smelly I vomited trying to clean it up. It's been well over 24 hours and she is still sick. Going to the vet to make sure she isn't dying. Thanks Greenies!

I believe these are alright and semi effective for your pup. The texture seems to be fine plus an added benefit for scent. Comes well packaged, but the ingredients seem a little off so I am told.

Maybe my dogs are picky but neither of them liked these treats. I was excited to try something that would help their teeth and freshen their breath, but they were not having it. The only time they actually took these was one time when they hadn't eaten all day. Every other time they turned up their noses.

Really great my dogs love them! Keeps her busy and her teeth clean. I use them once a week and I’ve noticed that it helps with her breath too! The packaging was good and packed well together.
