Delta Children Daybed/Toddler Guardrail

I purchased an Adley crib for my daughter, intending to also use it as a toddler bed. As my daughter got closer to needing a toddler bed, I tried to buy the conversion kit. It has now been out of stock for 6 months with no estimate for a re stock. We are now overdue for a toddler bed for our daughter and it's unsafe for her to be in this crib. I reached out to Delta Children to see if any other retailer might have a compatible conversion option for this crib. They said no, and have no idea when it will be back in stock. Unfortunately we are past the window for return on the crib. Their suggestion to me: "Regrettably we don't have another compatible guardrail that will fit the crib you have. However, we have this item in a different color and is currently available." Why on earth would I spend as much as the crib cost on a mismatched conversion kit??? I've asked them to accept the crib as a return on their end since it's useless to us now. They refused. I asked for more concrete timing. They will not provide. I've asked of this conversion kit is discontinued. They will not address that question. I asked what they can do, they said they will send me an email when back in stock, though from what I can tell, if will never be back in stock and unfortunately for Delta Children, I can't prevent my daughter from growing. I've posted on their social media asking for help and they delete my comments. That's ridiculous. At least let other customers see that there are issues with your product. You can't delete comments to make your product issues go away. How many other customer comments and questions about your product issues are they also deleting? I'm so disappointed in what I thought was a trusted children's brand. I was so incredibly wrong about Delta Children and want to warn other mothers before they make the same mistake.

Contains a plank that is not the right length so was puzzled for a while. But could set it up without the plank but that means I paid nearly a hundred for a small piece of wood? anyway does what it says. Not getting it? I think not a bad idea too!

Love this crib now toddler bed, easy to install

We originally purchased the associated crib specifically to convert it to a toddler bed down the road. Now that we are ready to convert, we ordered this railing only to find it is extremely warped. We exchanged it, and the second one is just as bad. They must be storing these poorly at the warehouse. Maybe third time will be a charm? Makes the crib useless if we can never utilize the advertised conversion possibilities.

easy to assemble and fit our crib perfectly (purchased delta adley crib in 2019). be mindful of which crib rail you take down based on which side of the bed you want to guardrail (in relation to how the bed is positioned in the room).

Easy to install. No unnecessary packaging. Same material as the crib. Looks great all together! Definitely don’t understand the price for it though. Such a small add on piece should be half the price.

It arrived on time and fit perfectly

i loved how easy it was to attach toddler rail to the crib and convert it to a toddler bed. perfect match for my gray crib. the only thing i would recommend is that target add which crib this rail matches to which for me was the Delta Adley model.

Wrong color was shipped twice. After speaking to a Target rep on the phone they determined they're having an internal issue due to multiple people having the same problem. Ordered the "bianca white" color and was shipped gray. When reviewing my order in my account I noticed my order was changed. Luckily the confirmation email I was originally sent shows I ordered bianca white however, when I clicked the link in my email for the bianca white rail I was directed to the gray rail. Sounds like this is a common problem and Target is aware and investigating. Just thought I'd share to save anyone else the same headache. Also, the card in the store has this item listed at $60.99 and says it's only available online. Online it's listed as $79.99. Significantly more than the store says it is. Very misleading...
