Suite Bebe Hayes 4-in-1 Convertible Crib

Do not buy from this company, Suitebebe. Look online at the reviews online and on the BBB site. There are reports of people trying to get in touch with customer service for various reasons and it is impossible to do. I have tried for months and finally found a store that would email the company for me to get them to contact me. They did contact me and never sent the missing parts. Their email was rude and completely unprofessional. I called Target with the problem and received no help either. Customer service wanted me to send them pictures of the defective bolts. We don't have the bolts and then we were disconnected. Horrible experience with this whole situation. I have a crib that is unusable sitting in my basement.

I hired a guy to come put this together and towards the end-there are 2 screws that do not work. I chatted with Targets customer service about this and she wanted me to take pictures of the flawed holes and screws before giving me a label for this to be picked up. I don’t have a car large enough to hold it. Not to mention, we are now having to take the entire thing apart and repackage it. I am furious!! And make sure you read the specifications-this is by far not a green product. I had no idea and would not put my children in something that has a warning where they will be exposed to a chemical.

Material good but i don’t like color

I’m giving this crib a low rating not because of quality but because they sent me the wrong color. This is frustrating since as a pregnant mother no one wants to be faced with such disappointment so close to delivery date when you’ve already planned out furniture color. Now I’m forced to keep a crib I dislike because I’m in some days and do not have a large enough vehicle that fits that crib.

Haven’t used it with our baby boy yet, but it is perfect for what we were looking for. I will say that the lighter gray colored wood on top isn’t as gray as it appears in the pictures. It has more yellow/tan tones to it. Still really pretty but different than I had expected. It feels solid and seems well built (after you assemble it yourself, or course).

I absolutely love this crib. It arrived quickly, has a beautiful even color, and was easy to put together. I’m giving it 4 stars due to the distressed wood. Although it is beautiful, some parts are too distressed. This can cause splinters on the baby’s hands once they begin standing and moving around. I recommend to make or purchase a crib rail cover if this bothers you like it does me, however as the consumer you (I) shouldn’t HAVE too. Otherwise, everything else about this is simply perfect.

I liked the look of this crib. However, a word of caution - the “rustic wood” finish along the sides are not smooth at all. It gave me splinters as I ran my hand over it. I’m very concerned about a teething infant who might put their mouth along the side. I would not recommend this product.

I have been drooling over this crib for my whole pregnancy. I originally found it on another big name baby stores website, but when it came down to actually purchasing it, I found it was a much better deal through target. Shipping was fast, and free. It came well packaged, and upon opening there was no damage. Assembly was easy and strait-forward, as long as you follow the instructions and know what you are doing with an allen wrench. It took less time to put together than the travel system we also had to assemble. I feel like this purchase was my favorite purchase for the nursery and feel like the price is spot on. Defiantly would recommend to anyone considering it, don't let some of those terribly reviews scare you away.

I was looking forward to receiving this crib and was not disappointed when it arrived. It was rather easy for my husband and I to put it together and we spotted no issues with the paint or finish. I was drawn to the two tone style of wood as I have not seen any other cribs like it. Its unique, rustic and really pulled my whole nursery together. I can not wait for my little girl to get here so we can use it!!!!

Pros: Good design. Looks very nice once assembled. We have yet to try it out, as our baby is not due for three months. But, it feels very sturdy. Other reviews stated that it was difficult to assemble. I actually thought it was very easy. Especially compared to some of the other pieces of furniture I've put together in the past. Cons: The general quality of the product was probably the only real downfall of this item. There was a white paint smudge on a portion of the natural wood trim of the crib. Also, some assembly holes were drilled a bit off in the factory. So, I found myself having to really force those pieces into place. Overall we're happy with the purchase. I think the quality of the crib could use some improvement, for the price of a mid-ranged baby crib. But, wouldn't necessarily discourage anyone from buying it.

I had such high hopes for this crib and I haaattteeeddd it. The wood accents are not real wood at all- they're painted to make it look like wood. Next to any other wood items (our dresser, different wall hangings- frames and sayings and what not) it looked TERRIBLY FAKE. I guess if you had a white dresser or no other wood to compare it directly next to, it would be okay, but it was just awful in our space. The rest of the crib was fine- simple and seemed like good quality- I just could not get over the fakeness of the wood accents. It also came with a black (what is the piece called that the mattress sits on?) metal frame, whereas the crib we replaced it with came with a white one. I didn't even realized that bothered me until I saw how good the white one looked and how much the black stood out on the white crib. All in all, I was not satisfied in the slightest and am glad I returned.

Don’t get me wrong, this crib is beautiful but not worth it. First of all, I received it with major splintered damage. It was hard to assemble but worst of all, it has major flaws in its “wooden material”. This crib easily splinters which is a no go for baby. I will attach pictures

Given its many pieces, it took quite a while to put together. We also had an issue with some of the screws being worn, but my husband eventually got them in. We eventually got it set up after maybe 2 hours and love it thus far! Beautiful crib! Really love the distressed look....modern and rustic!
