[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I initially wasn't a fan of the more modern knife block since it was hard to imagine how the knives would fit. But once getting it home and placing my knives in it, I really like how the block looks. I've only had it a few days but the quality seems high. My biggest issue is that smaller knives don't fit straight up in the knife block. They technically fit, but they lean sideways and look strange in comparison to the other knives (photo attached). For that, I deducted a star but I mainly have tall knives so it wasn't a problem for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife set empty or full is a great addition to the kitchen! It looks sleek and keeps everything organized. I only wish that it was more sturdy in regards to keeping it's walnut color with the constant movement of taking out the knives. Other than that, it's great!

I only wish the block leaned over a little because I can't push it back on my counter and get the knives out due to the cupboards overhead.

This block holds Zwilling Pro knives perfectly. The slanted block accommodates the curved bolster shape. There is plenty of room for knives and tools.

A perfect choice for storing the Pro knives. The angle of the block accommodates the curved bolster allowing the full blade to sid inside the block, no exposed sharp edges and no wobbly knife in the spots. Great for 8 knives.

This is a nice quality wood block. Great way to build your own set to your cooking needs.

Pro knives don't sit the straight in typical wood blocks because they have the innovative curved bolster which provides the most comfortable pinch grip for your thumb and forefinger. This block solves that by slanting the face so that the forged angle on the bolster sits perfectly. With a space for both a honing steel and a kitchen shears your Pro knives will have the perfect storage spot in this block.

Beautiful yes, but functional as well. Pro knives had curved bolsters and this block accommodates them. There are 8 knife slots, a place for scissors and honing steel. The walnut color is warm and will blend with any kitchen.

A great organizer will fit 4 of 8" or up to 10" chef knife width and length to consider. Will fit a 5.5" prep, 6" utility and a 5.5" santoku, as well as a paring or a 5" serrated utility knife size. A small rectangle hole is either for a shear or your honing/sharpening steel. Great price for a great value accessory in your kitchen.
