very disappointed. had to rewash most dishes in dawn. it did not remove grease and stuck on foods

This product is the weakest soap it does not clean like Dawn you have to use more I already have used half of 90 oz bottle that I purchased 3 weeks ago.

I’ve been using Ajax for quite some time and they definitely recently thinned the product out. It is runnier and does not “suds up” like it used to. Will be switching to a new dish soap. I would have rather they raise the price and kept the formula the same.

Love this soap mostly because it doesn't have a strong obnoxious smell like most other soaps. Plus it cleans well and is affordable. But go back to the old spout lids.

Have used Ajax many times in the past for many uses and was always happy. I used Ajax Ultra Orange to clean the siding on my house and garage. What a mistake! The product stained the siding. I have tried many other products to try to get it out. They fade it a little but the stain is still there. Tried to include pictures but pictures would not copy. Can you please tell me what I can use to get the stain out?

Works well for my dishes and grease removal. The 90 fl oz is the best option for me since it’s bigger it lasts a little longer.

I’ve purchased this product 3 times over the past month. It took me 2 times to realize what a poor product this is! It was only until I found a bottle of Dawn Dish Detergent in our garage, and used it, that I was able to compare Ajax against Dawn. It was with the first use of Dawn that I realized how poor your Ajax product really is. It’s less expensive than Dawn, I’ll give you that, but you have to use three times as much to match the quality of the Dawn product. Of course, you intentionally make the spout hole larger because this product is so poor. It’s a really poor product!

I'm very happy with the dish soap itself, but add me to the growing list of users who needed pliers to open the undersized cap! Poor design that's very frustrating for consumers. I'm going to reuse the flip-top cap from a smaller bottle.

Keeps my dishes clean!! I use this every day. I like the orange, citrus scent. I did not have any issues opening this container.

I have used Ajax hand/dish soap for years and think it does a good job. However, it is getting more and more difficult to pull up the little stopper on the top that opens the bottle so you can use the amount of soap you want. I have to pull the top off completely to get it open, which wastes the soap since it is much more difficult to control the amount. The last bottle I bought is impossible to open with the stopper. Something has been changed so that the stopper cannot be pulled up to open the bottle! I'm thinking of changing to another brand for that very reason.

I've been purchasing and using Colgate/Ajax products for decades. Recently, I made my usual purchase of a 52-oz. bottle of Ajax dishwash liquid. I noticed that the top design had been changed to a SMALLER circumference pop-top. This must have been thought up by a young engineer who had never washed dishes in his or her LIFE. "Clever" isn't always PRACTICAL. The pop-top has such a small rim, there's nothing to grip and pull on. A person can barely get a grip on the top. With wet hands (who has DRY hands when washing dishes?) the top is impossible to open. I had to use a pair of pliers to open this bottle. To solve my immediate situation, I took the top from the old empty bottle, and replaced the "new" top with the old top. I'll use the old top on the new bottle until all the liquid is gone -- then I'm changing to a dishwash liquid brand with a top that an average human can open. But perhaps this was just a test design, to see what customers thought? If so, and the new top design is discarded in favor of the "old" design, I'll buy Ajax/Colgate again. I'd give the LIQUID part of this product a 5/5 rating, but the plastic container (new top design) is so pitiful, I have to honestly give it 1/5.

Cleans, economic, smells great. Use it on my dishes, clean my kitchen counter tops stove and microwave. Even to deodorize my garbage disposal.

We have been using Ajax for years and it works great, we also use it as a hand soap and it has never dried out skin. Best value priced dish soap on the market that suds and clean as well as this.
