It was a good product before dishwasher. I tried to wash and completly stopped working. The lid broke and wasn't spill proof afterwards. I'm someone who doesn't have tie to handwash things and this mug was not good for this,

The SnapSeal pop up tab is basically impossible to pop up. You need both thumbs and the power of Thor to get it open.

The flip top is such a bad design, in a family of five, each one of us struggled to open this bottle and some of us couldn’t open it at all, such a bad experience! Sure, the water won’t leak but you won’t be able to drink from this either! Too bad because the look of the bottle is great.

We love Contigo! My husband uses these travel mugs daily for coffee. They keep it hot for hours. The top is spill-proof, which is much needed in our household. We love that these mugs are dishwasher safe (prior versions of Contigo travel mugs were hand wash only for the mug part). Great mugs for on-the-go mornings and long days at work!

It came as is it was dropped and had a dent in the bottom - I kept it because I don't have the time to take return. I feel the lid should have more rubber around it, it keeps hot about warm for about an hour. I would recommend if made a little better.

BRING BACK THE DATK PLUM! I absolutley love this travel mug. I replace it once a year as I use it practically everyday. Last year, I could not find the dark plum in 20 oz., so I decided to try the 16 oz version which did have the dark plum. I found that the 16oz. version, for whatever reason did not keep my tea warm the whole day like the 20 oz. Thankfully I kept my 20 oz. around and as beat up as it is and it still keeps my drink warmer for longer (although it's getting old and not painting temperature as well as it once did). I really want to replace it, but want the dark plum color. PLEASE , please bring it back. Or at least try a different purple, for us purple loving folk out there, we are a plenty.
