I just ordered this rug for my entryway because I saw it online and I thought the color is beautiful. Well the color is actually beautiful but it’s really hard on the feet. It’s not like a soft rug. It’s like made with bamboo and it’s very hard on the feet so think about that.

I was very surprised that there is a 3-in defect right smack in the middle of the rug. It is hard to miss and significantly raised from the surface of the rug. I honestly don't know how anyone could have packaged and sent this rug in good faith.

It’s very beautiful and I think will hold up in the long haul. However, it’s not comfortable to walk on at all! Very scratchy. I will be layering with a nice soft Karastan rug which will contrast beautifully with the seagrass base. For a bottom layering rug, I’d say it’s really great. Also, I ordered a 9 x 12 and it’s not quite 12’ which was a little disappointing. But for the low price I am very happy.
