Very poor quality product, laminated layer is very thin and started to peel off the fiberboard b dore th unit was even assembled. I would not buy Closet Maid again. I have NOT had these issues with the Brightroom brand from Target, which are much better quality.

It was fairly easy to assemble. It is sturdy. I left off the cardboard backs for some of the cubes and it works well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I’m not the best at directions but this was absolutely easy to read and assemble by myself! This came out to be super sturdy! In all it was only 14 screws to put in so it took me 25 minutes to put up probably would’ve took me less time if I wasn’t tending to my kids lol. This was really helpful because my son’s room is the only room the WiFi hooks up to having multiple boxes for him to put his stuff in along with sharing the space for the WiFi means a lot.

One of the boards were damaged upon receipt so I am returning and not assembling. It's a bit of a pain to return because it is bulky and a bit heavy. I will be ordering another one in hopes of it arriving undamaged so I can assemble and provide a proper review. It seems like it should be a decent product if all parts arrive and none are damaged. Fingers crossed.

Recieved Closetmaid Cubeicals. When i started to unpack the package found 3 shevles chip in the corners. i needed to paint the chips with white paint. Did not return, because of the hassle of repacking it in a different box.

Nice piece of furniture- sturdy and attractive, however, assembly was more difficult than it really needed to be because the pieces were not labeled so it was easy to mix up the pieces. This happened and we had to unscrew some and then move them around to the correct spots which was annoying.

Terrible quality, when we were putting it together some of the material was breaking. We use it in my daughters closet she’s a baby it works for now! But when she gets bigger I’ll have to invest in something nicer.

All in all good quality but in the description it said it could be hung but in the directions it said not to hang it. Had to return after building it and realizing there was no hanging hardware.

This is a decent book case. Looks good when assembled. Im not sure why so many people had problems putting it together. No parts broke on me and all of the parts were included. The one complaint (why it was a 4 vs 5 star). The production quality on the parts is not that great. Nothing broken, but you can see odd edges or indentations on the wood. For the price it is TOTALLY worth it.

.4” wider than advertised, very frustrating as I purchased it for a specific space and it does not fit. I am neurodivergent: selecting, purchasing, and assembling this product was extremely difficult. Now i both don’t have my closet storage and I have to disassemble it and it return it even though it’s not my fault that it’s the wrong size. I don’t have energy for this :( TBF even though wrong size, this is the crazy heaviest cubby I’ve ever assembled, it’s very sturdy. It even comes with a wall mount which is also good
