Nuloom Franklin 25" Ceramic Table Lamp

For the price, this item is such low quality. Shade will bend and crease if you look at it wrong. I was sent the wrong color of lamp, and customer service refused to replace it, meaning my only option is to return it. Wildly inconvenient, and the lamp isn't even pretty.

lamp is nice although the shade seems kind of cheap I wish the shade had a better texture or offwhite color. the base is not particularly heavy.

Love theses lamps, just what I wanted, the texture gives it a pop to my white decor, I didn’t want just a boring white lamp. The lamps are a good quality and look it too! The shades are also very good quality, lighting gives off perfect light for my livingroom. Loved them so much I purchased the same lamps for my bedroom. One came broken but contacted customer care and they sent me out another one with no questions asked.

The first shipment to me was lost by the shipping company and Rugs USA quickly resolved the issue and ship another out to me. The customer service was great. The lamp was exactly what I wanted and works beautifully in my home. The shade is a pure white and the base is a perfect dark blue.

Lamp is very beautiful and just the right size for my tables There was a mixup in my delivery and rugs USA made it correct. Customer service was prompt and I was very pleased with their customer service.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only taking one star away because the top was impossible to remove from the lamp hardware in order to add the shade. My husband and I tried for an hour to twist it off and eventually had to tape it up and use clamps and a vice grip to get it off!! Also the blue is darker than in the picture, it looks very very dark rather than a standard navy. It’s definitely beautiful and well worth the money though!

They turned out perfect! They are so pretty and a good size!! Only took 6 days to come !

Very attractive lamp with stylish ceramic base. Well made and perfect color and texture. I did switch out the shade for a slightly smaller one - my room is quite small.

A lovely lamp. Very textural base. The color leans to a little green than grey. Works perfectly in my living room.
