Normally I wash my hair every other day as we’ve all been instructed not to wash our hair daily. This product however makes my hair feel heavy and greasy by end of day one. I’ve only used this product twice, first time I thought maybe it was just the routine ( ie shampoo once and conditioner all over - let it sit for a few minutes) by end of that day it felt greasy. I thought I’ll try it again and change it up (ie shampoo 2X conditioner just the lower part of my hair) felt greasy and heavy by midday- day 1. Some people may need to wash their hair daily due to lifestyle, however, I do not normally and don’t want to if I have a hair product that doesn’t require daily washing. With that being said this one’s a pass and will be returned.

They’ve altered the formula for this shampoo and added a ton of artificial/chemical fragrance. It’s a complete perfume bomb now, I had an instant headache in the shower. Huge disappointment for shampoo I used to purchase occasionally. If I can’t return it this is going straight in the trash.

We love using the Native body wash so we decided to try their shampoo and conditioner. After a couple months of using it, my husband and I noticed hair loss. Sometimes mine would come out in clumps! I would definitely not recommend!

Tried this shampoo twice. First time I felt like it didn’t get my hair super clean and I noticed more flakes than usual (I get mild dandruff but never enough to do anything about). Figured I’d give it one more wash just to see. I have never seen flakes like this on my scalp. My head was coated in them. Huge chunks of dandruff all over my scalp and falling onto my face and shoulders and my scalp was so itchy. It was appalling. Returning this ASAP!

Native does make some beautiful scents but this doesn't smell like almonds or anything. It's basic shampoo that is priced five times what it's worth. I was a big Native fan but they have gotten extremely greed and way overpriced. Get something cheaper.

I was looking for a shampoo & conditioner that was healthier for my hair without the harsh chemicals that most products have. After reading reviews for Native shampoo & conditioner (Strengthening Almond & Shea Butter), I was so excited to give them a try. After several washes, I must say I am highly disappointed. My hair is oily and greasy looking and my scalp has become very itchy. I will not be purchasing any more of the hair care products. (For the record, I've been using the deo for years now and love it)

This product causes hair loss and I DO NOT recommend it at all. If I could give zero stars I would, the one star is too high. When I first bought this product I actually liked it. However, after continued use I noticed my hair started to fall out a lot. My hair line started to get wider and it freaked me out. I have always had a lot of hair and don't suffer from hair thinning. So I knew it had to be the shampoo and conditioner causing my hair to fall out. Once I stopped using the product my hair started to grow back and was fuller. No one wants to have this issue and is not acceptable to be marketed as a clean product. Please save your money and buy a different product.

Before I decided to finally invest into the Shampoo and Conditioner set, my hair was coming out in chunks when I would wash it and it was very depressing to me. I used the eucalyptus shampoo and conditioner, 2-n-1 and it made my hair feel nice and it was the start of happiness for my hair. After that, I jumped right into the Almond and Shea Butter and the happiness continued. My hair stopped falling out dramatically from the Eucalyptus duo and when I switched over to a different bottle I noticed my hair stopped falling out completely and I see results of my hair actually gaining back its thickness and strength and because of that, I will continue to use Native as long as they’re in business.

I used to love this product, but they changed their formula recently. My hair is constantly greasy at my roots and dry on the ends. And I’ve lost a ton of hair. They claim it’s the same ingredients but they messed with the ratio and instead of using real cocoa and shea butter it’s now the scent.

I used the shampoo for a while. I’d say about three months before I started noticing that it was leaving my hairy feeling greasy and looking greasy. I loved it at first but I don’t like the greasy feeling. Gonna try washing my hair with a different products and if it makes it better I’m gonna make a switch.
