Takeya 40oz Actives Insulated Stainless Steel Water Bottle with Spout Lid

I used to spill water on my laptop all the time and have to cover it with rice to try and dry it out. Who needs rice when you have a zero leak lid!! ❌💦🙌

I love this company! I have given gifts from Takeya! I always hand was my bottles but will add tops to the top rack of my dishwasher. One day I was in a hurry and put the bottle in the dishwasher and it bleached out spots on my bottle. Vey disappointed.

I am really liking the size and cost of my new bottle. The top, it has a knob, to unscrew to access your drink.It will take some getting use to using! Was a good buy!

Keeps drinks cold, but spout is smaller than I prefer. I'm sure I'll get used to it, though. Also, I got it during a xmas 50% off sale, so feel like it was a good value. I probably wouldn't pay full price for it.

My family and I have been using the Takeya Actives water bottels for many years. We've tried other brands (Hydroflask, Thermoflask, Stanley, RTIC) in between, that don't come close to the quality and durability because of the price, but ultimatley we keep coming back to Takeya. My kids went from the 18oz to the 24oz to the 32oz now that they are in middle school. My husband uses the 32oz and I am using the 40oz bottle daily. My kids are rough on thier bottles, once by using it to try to get a ball that was stuck in a tree down by throwing the bottle up into the tree several times and letting it fall to the ground!! It was dented after that, but despite the abuse, the water stayed cold and it didn't leak at all for the 2-3 weeks it took me to get around to getting the replacement bottle. We love the spout lid! It's simple to use and easy to clean! I order replacement gaskets to keep on hand in case they begin to mold, which has happened twice in all of the years we've used them.

i've used these for 3 years now. literally the best insulated cups i've ever used.

Pros: Keeps drinks cold, ice lasts all day. Convient handle. Easy to order replacement seals/ o rings on their website. Leak proof as long as you put the seals/o rings back in tightly after washing. Cons: All parts of the lid tend to get grimy quickly and there is a seam inside the spout that is incredibly hard to clean. I ended up buying a new lid after about a year. Replacement parts are not available in all colors. Overall: One of my favorite water bottles, mine still works well even though I dropped it on concrete and dented it near the top. I ended up ordering a second one so I can switch them out to wash and dry properly. Pictured without lid because I just washed it and the lid is a different shade of pink since I own the mimosa color and the only pink lid sold alone was the blush one.

We own a bunch of these and use them daily. I love that the spout lid doesn’t have small parts, holes, or fiddly straws that are difficult to properly clean. I don’t remember whether it’s officially recommended, but all mine go through our dishwasher multiple times a week, have for months, and still look and work like new. The double-wall construction keeps water cold all day long. Of the eight in our collection, only one seems to need an extra tight twist to keep the lid from dripping occasionally. The rest have never leaked at all.

Easy to use and great for all day hydration.

I got gifted this about 2 years ago it doesn't sit straight with how much it has been banged up yet it holds water and keeps it cold for hours

It only keeps the ice for four hours,I don't recommend it.

Really wanted to like this but unfortunately it does not keep ice cold for very long which is what I needed most for a new tumbler. I have the 40oz and I fill it to the brim with normal size ice cubes. I pour very cold fridge water into it, and 12 hours later the ice is mostly melted. I don’t keep it in a hot car or anything, I keep it in my 68° bedroom.

Bought a month ago. Functionally is great and keeps drinks cold. Color is great, but got scratched with outdoor use. This might not happen with adult use, but I bought it for kids camp. They promptly lost the silicone bottom…unfortunately no replacement in the right size or color.

Very happy with this water bottle. My water stays cold for hours! It’s convenient to carry with the large handle on top and very easy to wash and fill.
