A: Fooled us for a time too. There's a TINY red switch between the charging port and infrared receiver that hangs down. Slides left to right, not front to back.

This was a Christmas present, but when my grandson tried to play with it, the remote control wouldn't effectively control the helicopter. It kept hitting the ground hard and even had to climb on the roof because the left right buttons weren't working right. Super disappointing.

Hello! The Spider-Man Helicopter is only for indoor flying, not outdoors. The IR transmitter is detecting multiple signals outside that has the same frequency, making it impossible to fly. Make sure to fly the helicopter indoors.

I bought two of these for an Easter present for our grandsons. One charged and the other did not, so we decided to take them back because one grandson would get a non-working toy. Unfortunately, the return window has expired and I'm unable to return the toy. Both are flimsy and probably wouldn't have lasted long anyway.
