Pack of 6 - Gray. The Vacuum Wine Stoppers are used in combination with the Vacuum Wine Saver, sold separately. The Wine Saver is a vacuum pump, which extracts the air from an opened bottle and re-seals it with the reusable rubber Vacuum Wine Stopper. Place the reusable stopper in the bottle and extract the air from the bottle using the Wine Saver pump. The vacuum slows down the oxidation process which makes it possible to enjoy your wine again on a later date.

Q: Do these stoppers have the "click" technology that tells you when you've pumped out all the air? They look like the ones that click, but it's not mentioned in the description.

A: Thank you for your question! The "click" will come from the Vacu Vin Wine Saver pump. Insert the Vacuum Bottle Stopper in your favorite bottle of wine and pump until your hear the patented “Click”. This signals that you have reached the optimum vacuum level, and have created an airtight seal.

These work perfectly. I had the pump and misplaced some cords, so these corks were ideal. When used with the pump, these corks keep a tight seal, so the bottle of wine is drinkable for up to a week. Love these.

I love the Vacu Vin wine saving system. On my own, I seldom have more than a glass of wine (or two), and I don't have it everyday. Vacu Vin has been a great way to stretch the life of an opened bottle. The white pump that comes with a full set is very effective at removing air from the bottles, and the stoppers stay put solidly. Unfortunately I somehow lost one of the stoppers that came with the set, so I was glad to see that I could be buy replacements. They work great.

They really keep my wine fresh after opening! I live alone, so I can't drink a whole bottle quickly. I've noticed that the lower the wine level goes in the bottle, the more work it takes to get the vacuum to click.

I feel these wine savers are very well-engineered. After using the suction to get rid of the oxygen within the bottle, the wine saver holds the seal very well. I haven't had to vacuum the seal yet and I have let the bottle sit for about 3 weeks now. I highly recommend this whole system
